1. Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, and/or
2. Any of the other hospitals that now form part of the Northern Care Alliance,
while serving as a Member of Parliament, including in his capacity as Secretary of State for Health and Social Care or any other official capacity.
If possible, please include:
The purpose of each visit.
Any publicly available records or correspondence related to these visits.

2 Jack Sharp's workplace appointments' diary, who was your Vanguard organisation's Head of Strategy, for all references to Jeremy Hunt's Trust visits;
3 your Trust's media centre logbook for all references to Jeremy Hunt and provide an answer which captures all of the former Health Secretary's recorded involvement with Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust.
