Dear Mr Post

Freedom of Information Request - responses to the Government's
consultation on the impact of using CPI as the measure of price
increases on private sector occupational pension schemes

You submitted two requests and this is a reply to both:

I should like to see, please, a copy of the Towers Watson Consultation
Response to "The impact of CPI as the measure of price increase on
private sector occupational pension schemes" consultation.

Further to my request to see the consultation response from Towers
Watson, may I also see the consultation response from the BT Pension
Scheme, Eversheds LLP, the Association of Pensions Lawyers, Burges
Salmon, the British Airline Pilots Association and Pricewaterhouse
Coopers LLP.

The British Airline Pilots Association response has already been
released under a FOI request and can be found on the DWP Freedom of

The other consultation responses you listed have now been published on
the DWP Freedom of Information website

sep-2011.shtml and I enclose a copy for your information. I should point
out that personal details have been redacted from these responses under

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Request to see Towers Watson response to "The impact of CPI as the measure of price increase on private sector occupational pension schemes" consultation.'.

I have not yet received the Towers Watson response to "The impact of CPI as the measure of price increase on private sector occupational pension schemes" consultation.'

Since the other responses that I asked for were sent, I presume this is a clerical error. I need the Towers Watson response urgently please. I believe that the 20 day limit has been exceeded.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
