Dear Department for Communities and Local Government,

Some time this year the DCLG rejected, or recommended rejection of, an application from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for a ERDF grant of £940,700 for its project to develop weirpower in the South East.

May I please see the minutes of the meeting at which the decision to reject the grant application was made.If a minuted meeting was not held to decide on the rejection, may I nevertheless be provided with the reasons.
