Dear FOI Team,

FAO Mr Wearn

Thank you for sending me the information yesterday that I requested on 19 September 2011 and for which I submitted a further request on 21 October 2011.

You say that the ONS sent me this information (out of time) on 13 December 2011. However, I did not receive the information nor is there any record on the Whatdotheyknow website that the ONS did send the information.

I should therefore like to request an internal review to discover why the information was not sent to me.

Yours sincerely

Mike Post

Dear FOI Team,

FAO Mr Wearn

Thank you for providing screenshots which are supposed to demonstrate that the answer to my 19 September 2011 request was sent to me on 13 December 2011.

When you failed to respond to my original request within the specified time limit, I requested an internal review on 15 October 2011. I have not received the result of that review.

Can you please therefore now carry out an internal review to investigate why the internal review in 2011 was not apparently executed. Can you also please explain why your 13 December 2011 response did not reach me until recently.

Thank you in anticipation.

Yours sincerely,

Mike Post
