Dear Department of Health and Social Care, in March 2020 you awarded a contract called Deloitte NTP Phase 1 . This was for "Provision of support to the Department of Health and Social Care to expand testing for Covid-19." Could you provide me with a summary of the deliverables and the benefit to the taxpayer of such a contract please? For ease of reference the tender ID is CF-0190500D0O000000rwimUAA1. The value was 32,772,344.
