Request Street Cleaning Zones for Sutton Borough (F13545)

The request was successful.

Dear Sutton Borough Council,

In order to enhance Transparency and Openness with street cleaning throughout the Sutton Borough, please could you make public the full list of the effective cleaning strategy Zones, explained in s8 Codes of Practice for Litter and Refuse.
“8.7 Duty bodies are expected to publish details of these zones for their land and make them available to the public on request.”

Your website page “Street cleaning service standards” (no.6);
“The roads in Sutton are split into three zones. Zone 1 is the main shopping areas like Sutton High Street and Carshalton High Street. Zone 2 is the main through routes in the Borough and Zone 3 is the Boroughs' residential roads.”

This LBS online statement does not explain each highway road specifically, possibly except for those in Zone One. More clarity is needed for each and everyone in the borough in order they can understand the level of cleaning response they should receive in their road.

Please supply me with the LBS street cleaning strategy Zones for the whole of the Borough, either a complete list of roads, or perhaps a map of those Zones would be far more beneficial.

This request is in reference your FOI request (F13545) you made regarding my emails to you.

Please reply to my request via this FOI platform.

Yours sincerely,

Rob Nowland
