Request of minutes and correspondence between the Dartmoor National Park Authority and the Duchy of Cornwall

The request was partially successful.

Dear Sir/Madame,

I am writing to request information from the Dartmoor National Park Authority under The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 ("the EIR"), specifically in relation to the Duchy of Cornwall.

Please can you provide me with:

(1) copies of any correspondence with the Duchy of Cornwall
specifically relating to environmental information [a].

(2) copies of any minutes for meetings regarding environmental information [a] relating to the Authority and the Duchy of Cornwall.

[a] for the purpose of this request 'environmental information' means the same as in the EIR.

Both of these requests specifically relate to the period between 1 January 2010 and 1 November 2011.

I refer to the information commission ruling on the case Bruton vs ICO which states that the Duchy of Cornwall is a public authority under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

Please acknowledge receipt.

Yours faithfully,

Jake Lofdahl
