Dear Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust,

Could you please provide me with the management structure for your
Human Resources department, Procurement department, Finance
department & Information Management and Technology department.
If you could supply these by issuing an organisation structure
chart for each department with the names and telephone numbers of
each member of staff.

I would also require a list of the projects and programmes that you
currently have going on in the IM&T department, please list also
plans for upgrades or changes to your patient administration system
(EPR).

Please also provide information on your recruitment process for
contract staff. Do you require suppliers to be on the GPS
frameworks (buying solutions)? Which areas are in current need or
are purchasing the services of contract staff?

Please also list the Hospitals plans for Electronic Document Record Management, do you have a system or is this a future plan?

The 2012 HPFT Annual General Meeting and Members’ Day takes place at
Robertson House, Stevenage on Saturday 6th October. The AGM is 10am to
noon. Our Members’ Day, between 1pm and 3pm, will be a hive of activity
