Request of information for FLR(M) financial requirements

The request was partially successful.

Dear Home Office,

I would like to get some help in regards to meeting financial requirements for family member of a settled person please.

Basically I am a British citizen and director of a limited company, my wife who is currently at a previous PBS dependent route also working in UK and doing a part time job. In order to meet financial requirements being a director of limited company we have to show income generated during last financial year of company. Now the question is , my company’s financial year runs from 1st of Sep to 31st Aug. I will be applying for my wife’s visa in June 2018. Do I need to show her payslips for the period from 1st Sep 2016 to 31st Aug 2017 as that would be the lastest accounting period for the company? What about the period after that , I:e 1st Sep 2017 to June 2018 ?

I checked the guidance but this point seems bit tricky so if you could kindly advise please.

Thanks in anticipation

Yours faithfully,

Adeel Tariq
