and or any notes (electronic or otherwise) the Trust believes are
electronic or exempt under Section 40 of the Freedom of
otherwise that were Information Act (Personal Information). Disclosure
taken during the of any notes could result in a breach of personal
above dates? sensitive data, i.e. data not published in the
Employment Tribunal report available in the public
  domain.
