Request issued for Remedial Work on culverts to Riperian Owners since 2008

Please could you tell me if you have made any requests for remedial work on culverts to Riperian Owners during the last ten years.
How many requests, the proportion of requests that resulted in successful repair work and the proportion which resulted in you serving notices under the provisions of the Land Drainage Act 1991.

Stockport Council will respond to your request within 20 working days from the date of receipt. The relevant Council Service(s) has searched for the requested information
and our response is as follows:
Please could you tell me if you have made any requests for remedial work
on culverts to Riperian Owners during the last ten years.
How many requests, the proportion of requests that resulted in successful
repair work and the proportion which resulted in you serving notices under
the provisions of the Land Drainage Act 1991.
Since 2012 when the Lead Local Flood Authority was established 26 No
requests were made. 81% resulted in successful repair and the rest are
on-going. 42% of these required Serving of Notice.
If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your request for
information, you are entitled to ask for an internal review; however you
must do so within 40 working days of the date of this response. Any
internal review will be carried out by a senior member of staff who was
