1. A list of vehicles owned or leased to the council. Please include; registration mark, fleet number (if used), make & model and body type.

2. Identify which vehicles are owned and which are leased.

3. Name, position and email address of the staff responsible for these vehicles.

4. The estimated amount of spend (£) on diesel/petrol per annum and the cost split between owned and leased vehicles.

Subject: Freedom of Information - Environment & Fleet

I refer to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and to your email to this
service received 20/1/20.

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, we are able to grant
access to the records requested and accordingly they are as follows:

1. A list of vehicles owned or leased to the council. Please include;
registration mark, fleet number (if used), make & model and body type.
Please find the attached spreadsheet (showing vehicles utilised in 2019).
The information requested about vehicle's fleet number and registration
number is exempt from disclosure under Section 31 (Law Enforcement) and
Section 38 (Information the disclosure of which is likely to endanger the
health and safety of any individual).

2. Identify which vehicles are owned and which are leased.
Please see attached spreadsheet.

3. Name, position and email address of the staff responsible for these
vehicles.
Please note that we cannot provide accurate information on which
individual members of staff these vehicles are allocated to. Vehicles may
be utilised by various departments within service areas, as directed by
individual managers.

4. The estimated amount of spend (£) on diesel/petrol per annum and the
cost split between owned and leased vehicles.

Estimated 2019 fuel spend (vehicles only):
Owned vehicles: £700,000
Hired vehicles: £428,000
(please note that the hired vehicles figure includes short term hire
vehicles which are not shown on the attached spreadsheet).

Rights of appeal:
You may apply under Section 50 of the Act to the Information Commissioner
at the address given below

For a decision whether, in any specified respect, a request for
