I wrote to you Land Registry by Royal Mail Signed for Delivery references BH217034220GB which was received by your office in Cinderford on 22/02/17 at 10:57am and contained a cheque payment for Land Registry OC2 services under title ESX259687 and HT19042 which was sent to your offices by Royal Mail Signed for Delivery AF763808742GB, which was received by your Cinderford Office 12/02/17 at 8:56pm.
I expected to receive documents in relation to this title in regard conveyance. As currently there is £42.00 available on my account I would be grateful you provide this Title register and Title Plan for HT7853 as part of this Freedom of Information Request I am serving on your organization. I look forward to your response.

I am aware that your current use of exemption is that it is " reasonably accessible" elsewhere This does not seem to be the case as reasonable access to this information has been attempted and failed. Your Note of implication of Section 21 to provide this information and reasons for exemption under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 are therefore flawed.
