I am writing to you in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, regarding how users are accessing and interacting with your website.
I would like the following data for 2012 and 2013 so that I can compare figures for both years:
1. The total amount of traffic to the site.
2. The split between desktop and mobile traffic (differentiating between desktop, tablet and smartphone if possible).
3. Bounce rates on desktop vs mobile.
Please let me know if you require any guidance on retrieving this data from your Analytics software, as I will be happy to provide detailed instructions.
