Dear Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service,
I'm curious, is it your policy to use up every single day that you have available to you then simply reply that the information I requested is available on your website? It's pretty despicable behaviour in my opinion and an affront to the legislation. Please do provide me with your policy on publishing information which is in the public interest. I'm confident that the people who make these decisions are having a good laugh at the expense of the public they are supposed to serve. A named respondent would be appreciated too.
Yours faithfully,
Robert Moss

Dear Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service's handling of my FOI request 'Request for pension board minutes, for all meetings held since August 10th 2024'.
It is my belief that the statutory 20 days for a response should have meant that you should have responded to my original request, submitted 20th March 2025, by the 17th April 2025. This has not happened so I would like you to explain why this is the case, please.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...
Yours faithfully,
Robert Moss
