On the 17th January 2022, I asked for the minutes of the pension board held on the 5th January 2022 you 'refused' this request, 26th January, on the basis they were available on your website. I accepted this response as you had made them available on your website after I made my request.

When I asked for the matter to be reviewed by the appropriate person empowered to do so, the response to this was sent by the same person who had responded to my original request, it is notable that the response included the following words 'Under the publication scheme as agreed with the ICO we publish the requested documents on a minimum of an annual basis however under access to information they are made available if requested.' I submitted my latest request, on the 26th April 2022, for the pension board minutes for the meeting held on the 7th April 2022, but you refused this request on the 27th April 2022 on the basis you will publish them eventually. I believe this refusal contradicts the response you previously gave to me in the text I have quoted in this message. If you were able to respond within 9 days to my request made in January with regard to the minutes of the meeting held 3 weeks previously then why can you not respond in a similar timeframe with regard to the minutes of a meeting held over four weeks ago, on the 7th April 2022?
I am asking you to either publish the minutes of the pension board meeting held on the 7th April 2022 or pass this matter on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
