Can you also provide Parts 2, 3, 4/appexndixes to the Staff Guide to Fares and Tickets by attachment here or added to the CD, as the FOI reply only included Part 1? (part on bottom left).

Do let me know if I am due you something for the CD and potage costs - an invoice in with the CD would be ideal.

Yours sincerely,

Suzy Scott

Dear FOI,

Hello there,

(1) As of today's mail, we do not yet have the CD with the Continuing your Journey / Local Area Maps, recieved here yet. Can you advise when this will be with us?

(2) In the Big Red Book, it was noticed that the bus service guide etc. was missing - pages 162 to 307. Would you be able to send us either the missing pages, or a replcement copy of the file?

(3) For the Staff Guide to Fares and Tickets, you kindly attached Book 1. I am still waiting for the others, dubbed Book2, Book 3 and Book 4/Appenxdixes. Can you please supply these as PDF files, which would fulfill my original request?

Dear FOI,

Ida,

I am more than happy to download these, but those links are only accessibile on the TfL Staff Intranet, of which I am not a part?

Would you either send these as public links, or attach to this request?

Yours sincerely,

Suzy Scott

Dear Transport for London,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Transport for London's handling of my FOI request 'Request for parts of Staff Guide to Fares + Tube Knowledge + CYJ/LAM Maps'.

As per my last email, you sent an intranet version of the links, which are not publically accessible.

What I am wanting is still the same – parts 1, 2, 3, and 4/Appendixes of the Fares Guide (Staff) September 2015 editions. I don’t mind downloading them from a public website, or an email attachment.

I’d also like the January 2016 versions of same, when available. If the latter is all that Is available now, then that would satisfy my request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...

Thanks,
Suzy x

Dear Ms Scott

I am contacting you regarding the internal review of your request for information concerning staff fare guides, tube knowledge and maps.

This review has been carried out by an independent panel following your email of 29 December 2015 regarding the response provided to your Freedom of Information request.

Please accept our apologies for the error in providing the internal intranet links in our original response to FOI-1364-1516. Attached you will find the September 2015 version of books 1 / 2 and the appendices. Please note book 3 wasn’t given an update in September 2015, so we have provided the January 2015 version which was still current in September.

For the January 2016 versions, only books 1 and 3 are currently available.

Again we apologies for any inconvenience you have been caused.

Dear Ms Scott

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately due to resource demands on an already pressured team I am unable to guarantee the 2016 editions will automatically be forwarded you when they become available. However you are more than welcome to submit a new FOI request in the future for this information.

Kind regards

Dear FOI,

Thanks for the reply.

Duly noted, but I didn't want you to think I was asking too often! :-P You kindly already permitted us to reuse farres data in our books back in 2012, which will save another request :-p

Thanks for the back issue of the fare tables in Part 1 (which no longer are) - I will go through this, with the mayoral decision papers (MD1562) and use these to update to the 2016 fares.

Have a good weekend!

Hello there,
Thanks for your concern. However, as a Limited Company, we need our details to be online - not just the office but the directors addresses as well. So we don't generally tend to hide it .
