Thank you for your request for information, which was received by
Manchester City Council on 05 September 2019 and considered under the
provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the 2000 Act”).

 1. How many applications have been received by Manchester City Council
asking for permission to let property in the Brunswick and Plymouth
Village area between 2010-now.

Our Response:

 

 1. For the Brunswick and Grove Village area between 2010 and now - a
total of 22 properties.

 2. Of those applications, 8 were accepted; 6 rejected.

 

Note:  Of the applications for Brunswick they are signposted to the agents
and the Council therefore does not hold information relating to rejections
or clarifications.
