Please can you provide me with the numbers of applications, approvals, rejections and appeals (including those upheld, overturned and in progress) for Education and Health Care Plans made since it's implementation in 2014/15?

Thank you for your email. Please could you provide the following: I would like to know the current figures for the number of EHCP assessment requests, the number of those which were approved and those which have gone to tribunal/appealed as a result of a rejection.
1. Total No. of EHCPs issued since 2014/15 (please can you also provide number of applications for each year since 2014/15).
2. No. of assessment requests for EHCPs since 2014/15 (please can you also provide number of assessment requests for each year since 2014/15).
3. Of the assessments, please can you provide the number of those which were rejected and those which then went to tribunal. Are you also able to provide the number of those which were granted after Tribunal? If you can please provide this information per year that would be great.
