Dear Disclosure Team,
This information is held by the Midlands (West) Employment Tribunal, (* see link below), but no one answers the telephone or responds to emails. This Judgment was provided to both parties on the 10th May 2023 and it is legally incumbent that this Judgment should be made publicly available online, (**see the link below), but despite 6 months elapsing I cannot, as a member of the public, obtain a copy of this Judgment and nor can anyone else. It seems entirely impossible to obtain this Judgment, or to ascertain why it isn't publicly available, and to discover who is legally responsible for this failure.

I have previously enquired where I may obtain this information but it just feels like I'm being sent around in circles. How else can this information be obtained when it's legally incumbent, on someone, to place this Judgment online in a timely fashion. It's over 6 months since the Judgment was made and it still is not publicly available. Can someone intervene, please?
