I write further to your request for information, which we received on 27
June.

 

You asked for the full Invitation to tender documentation, (including
service specification and commercial schedules), that bids were invited
against for which the contract 'Provision of Mechanical & Electrical
Services' was awarded by Solihull MBC, OJEU reference 2012/S 021-034391
(Solihull's file reference 247-W-11.12-DC).

request or review has been dealt with correctly, you have a further right
of appeal to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for a decision. 
Generally, the ICO will not make a decision until you have exhausted the
complaints procedure provided by the council.  The Information
