Dear Cheltenham Borough Homes,

I would like to make a Freedom of Information request for copies of the most recent version of the following documents.

Please note that I am requesting the full policies that are used internally by your organisation, not the leaflets or summary versions that are sometimes made available to tenants.

1. Hate crime policy, hate incident policy and/or racial harassment policy
2. Rent arrears policy and/or income management policy
3. Rent setting policy and/or service charge policy

On 03 June I submitted a Freedom of Information request for copies of serveral internal policies.

By law Cheltenham Borough Homes should have responded by 01 July.

Please could you let me know what the status of my request is and when I can expect to receive a response.
