Dear Stockport Homes Limited,

I would like to make a Freedom of Information request for copies of the most recent version of the following documents.

Please note that I am requesting the full policies that are used internally by your organisation, not the leaflets or summary versions that are sometimes made available to tenants.

1. Anti-social behaviour policy
2. Rent arrears policy and/or income management policy
3. Rent setting policy and/or service charge policy

Dear Stockport Homes Limited,

On 03 June I submitted a Freedom of Information request for copies
of serveral internal policies.

By law Stockport Homes should have responded by 01 July.

Please could you let me know what the status of my request is and
when I can expect to receive a response.

Involvement Team. I apologise if we have received but not responded to
your original request but I have checked our records of Freedom of
Information requests and cannot trace one in your name, although I have
now seen it on the whatdotheyknow website. I have allocated your enquiry

I refer to your email dated 5 July requesting:

· Anti-social behaviour policy - this is attached

· Rent arrears policy and/or income management policy - this is
attached

· Rent setting policy and/or service charge policy:  We do not
have a rent setting policy as it is a Government rent setting policy that
we follow - called the Rent Restructuring Policy. The Government issues a
determination each year which says how much an authority is to increase
its rents by. Similarly with the service charges, we have to follow
Government guidelines which state that we cannot increase charges to a
tenant by more than RPI + ½% each year. The Government's official
Determination for 20101/11 can be seen here and the spreadsheet which is
called Data outputs for the Determination 2010-2011 details each local
authority's individual determination -
