Dear J. Day,
Your ticket 63414 has been updated.
Dear J. Day,
Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 dated
24 September 2024.
We note that you have requested a copy of the Inspector Training Manual
(ITM) and Model Conditions.
As requested, please find attached a copy of the latest version of the
Inspector Training Manual (ITM) and PINS Suite of Suggested Planning
Conditions which are up to date as of this week.
Due to file sizes, the requested documents will be sent to you over three
emails. This is email 1 of 3
The Inspector Training Manual is subject to regular updates, and the
Manual does not constitute Government policy or guidance and does not seek
to interpret Government policy. In the event that there appears to be a
discrepancy between the Manual and national policy / guidance, any
national policy and guidance will be conclusive.
As this document is not written for an external audience, many of the
hyperlinks point to our internal systems at the Inspectorate (including
links from one chapter to another), and therefore will not be accessible
to those outside.
I have also attached details of our review procedure and contact details
for the Information Commissioners Office should you require it.
I can confirm that we are not holding any other information that is
relevant to your request.
I hope you find the attached documents to be helpful.
Yours sincerely,
Angus Parkin

I am sorry you were unable to view the attachments originally sent in
response to your request. I have attempted to send the ITM and Suite of

The same information included in my initial correspondence applies to
these documents.
Again, I have also attached details of our review procedure and contact
details for the Information Commissioners Office should you require it.
Please let me know if you have been able to read the attached information.
