Planning Inspectorate

Dear J. Day,

Your ticket 48583 has been updated.

Dear J. Day,

Thank you for contacting the Planning Inspectorate.

Your request has been considered under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

Please find here attached the Inspector Training Manual (ITM), in three
parts due to size, and the Suite of Suggested Planning Conditions. Both
are watermarked from today, 26th January.

The Inspector Training Manual is subject to regular updates, and the
Manual does not constitute Government policy or guidance and does not seek
to interpret Government policy. In the event that there appears to be a
discrepancy between the Manual and national policy / guidance, any
national policy and guidance will be conclusive.

As this document is not written for an external audience, many of the
hyperlinks point to our internal systems at the Inspectorate (including
links from one chapter to another), and therefore will not be accessible
to those outside.

I also attach a copy of our Information Requests Complaints Procedure with
contact details for the Information Commissioners Office should you
require it.

I hope this information is useful.

Kind regards,

Cecile Leblond

Dear J. Day,

I am uncertain why you are unable to access/did not receive the PDF

I am therefore trying to send them via my “personal” work email instead of
through our Customer Team email, please find the documents attached to
this email.

Please do let me know if the issue persists.

Kind regards,
