Request for information on the number of patients processed and discharged 2011-2020

Dear Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust,

I am writing to you today to ask for some pieces of information over the past 10 years, as I believe it's in the public interest for understanding the mismatch between demand for GIC services and the amount of care possible.

If digitized records aren't available for the whole time period, or the practices of the GIC have changed, please provide records for as far back as is reasonable instead.

1. For each year from 2011-2020, how many patients were referred to Tavistock GIC?

2. For each year, how many patients received a first appointment?

3. For each year, how many patients recieved a second appointment?

4. For each year, how many follow up appointments were given in total (including more than one per patient)? If the distinction between follow up and first/second appointments is not stored, please give the total number of appointments instead.

5. For each year, how many patients were on the waiting list?

6. For each year, what was the budget of the GIC, and how many clinical staff were employed?
