Request for information on managed migration and staffing levels

The request was refused by Department for Work and Pensions.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please provide copies of any risk assessments or equivalent reports or documents you have relating to the Department's recent decision to restart Managed Migration.

Please also provide information you have as to the number of employees :

- working the Universal Credit enquiry line
- working as Universal Credit Case Managers
- working as Work Coaches
- working as Disability Employment Advisors

I would like to see how this information on your staffing has changed - or not - over time. As such please could you provide the above numbers on a quarterly basis from 2020 to present, as well as a 2 year forecast should such a thing exist.

Yours faithfully,

Finn Keaney
