All documents, including letters, emails and hand written notes, from or to any Elmbridge Officer, from or to any representative of the applicants, agents, or recording any meeting, telephone call or other form of communication connected to the two applications 2018/3810 & 2018/3803, since 1/6/2019 that are not required to be published on the Elmbridge online planning application register. For the avoidance of any doubt this should include any communication, meeting, telephone call or other form of communication between any Elmbridge officer and any statutory consultee in relation to 2018/3810 and 2018/3803.
