Dear Equality and Human Rights Commission,

I’m looking for information in respect of the work of the dedicated lead officer for Protected Characteristic ‘Sex’.

Please provide copies of all emails/written correspondence, notes, meetings attended, agendas, minutes, equality impact assessments, updates & progress reports, advice & guidance exchanged between the dedicated lead officer for PC sex, and the Gender reassignment working group (GRWG), [since the GRWG had its 1st meeting in July 2018] with regards to the “development of greater expertise about key issues, context, legal framework etc. in relation to each protected characteristic” (specifically sex & gender reassignment), “and to support improved stakeholder relationships” in respect of the GRWG remit “to coordinate the Commission’s work on trans issues across teams and nations”.

Please also provide details of all involvement with Government and third sector and external organisations- including names of government departments, third sector organisations and other external organisations that the dedicated lead officer for PC sex has had, since July 2018.

Yours faithfully,

K Williams
