From the hearings of 22.02.2013 and 12.04.2013 I would like copies of all minutes, notes, written transcripts, audio recordings, records of oral evidence, attested written statements, written and oral statements made under examination, cross examination and re examination by any and all of parties, witnesses and representatives including Bangor Provident Trust, Victoria Housing Estates, The Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, Damien McMahon (Chairman), P Artherton, T Donaldson, Kenneth Tughan, Derek Tughan, Kenneth Anderson and Ron Wood , Ms. F. Quint, QC, Mr. M. Smith BL to be released.
I would also like copies of decisions dated 08.08.2012 and 28.09.2012, made by The Charirty Commission for Northern Ireland to be released.
I would also like copies of The Applicants, (Victoria Housing Estates and Bangor Provident Trust) application to the Tribunal on 17.09.2012 for review of the Decisions.
I would also like copies of minutes, notes, written transcripts, records of oral evidence, attested written statements, oral statements, written and oral statements made under examination, cross examination and re examination of " a Pre-hearing Review on 07.12.2012" to be released.
