Dear Chelmsford City Council,
Dear Thurrock Borough Council,

Hello!
I am looking to for data on vacant properties and buildings and out of town landlords within the borough.
We buy property quickly so we want to offer the vendors a
solution to this and offer the council a service by providing housing for local residents.

Yours faithfully,

Anthony green
