Dear sir/madam

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am outlining my query as specifically as possible.

The information I require is as follows -: I require data on Seaside View Child Developmental Centre only which is located at Brighton General Hospital. I would like to receive the information in either as an electronic copy or hard copy.

We found that in total, 4131 distinct children who had been referred to the Community Paediatrics service at age <19 were seen between 01/01/2008 and 01/01/2015.
Of these, 605 distinct children had a postcode that was not in the list of Brighton and Hove postcodes.
37 of the 4131 children treated in total did not have a postcode recorded, and so cannot be defined as being either in or out of the Brighton are, This data may need to be treated with caution as there have been some historic and current issues relating to data entry . Some children are referred by the Children’s hospital within Brighton and Hove to see visiting specialists in Neurology or Genetics or Epilepsy and some are followed up at seaside view from Chailey .Out of area children based in one of the special schools specifically Hillside and Downsview are seen by Brighton and Hove paediatricians . Also in relation to Child abuse medical investigations those where there is a suspicion of sexual abuse are seen by Brighton and Hove Paediatrician .
