Request for Improvement Condition Submission

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Environment Agency should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Environment Agency,

Dear CMBLNC Info Requests,

Could we please ask for the document that would have submitted in response to Improvement Condition IP3 of Table S1.3 of permit BU5445IP (Darwen Polymner Plant, BB£ 0RP). This should have contained a review of the options to reduce the emissions to air of VOXs from the two release points within the plant, due for submission by 30/11/2007.

We wuld also like to request information with regard to the location of the point sources A1 and A2 mentioned in the above permit. The site plan within the permit is blank.

AS part of the permit requirements (Table S4.1), monthly monitoring is undertaken at the 2 point source emission points. If the monitoring results for 2016 are something that can be publically requested, could we please have a copy of the 2016 results please?

Yours sincerely,

Rachel McHale
