Dear Liverpool City Council,

Today I searched on your website and couldn't find a copy of your up to date HMO Licence Register as prescribed under the Housing Act 2004 s.232 (1) and the information that is required to be maintained within the register is described in the The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2006.

The latter is extracted here for convenience:

Hmm, just first names allowed now...?

Dear Information Requests,

Thank you for your response. The link that you sent is a query to check the HMO licensing details for one particular property, if I have the address. I am not looking for this.

I am looking for a full list of all Licensed HMO properties in Liverpool in the above format. Can you please provide.

If I have got this wrong and there is a way to retrieve all licensed HMO properties then please let me know how this can be retrieved.

The Local Authority’s fee for a copy of the register (which includes details for all properties licensed and their respective landlords) is £300. The copy will be supplied in read only PDF format and listed in licence expiry date order.
