I refer to your request for information received on 22/03/2018. Please
find our response below.

Your request:

Please can you provide me with the following information under the freedom
of information act.

a.     Addresses including house number, street and postcode, of all
licensed HMO properties that are within the council’s area of
jurisdiction.

b.     The maximum number of occupants that each property referred to in
(a) is licenced to hold.

c.     The date each of the properties in (a) was first registered as HMO

d.     The names/s of the licence holders for those properties referred to
in (a).

Please see attached.  Please respect the landlords’ privacy and do not
disclose their names beyond the strict purposes for which you have made
this enquiry.
