Good afternoon.

All housing matters are dealt with by the 13 borough and city and district councils of Hampshire. The county council (except in the two unitary areas where Hampshire County Council has no involvement at all) only deals with things such as schools / education / public transport / roads / maintenance / social care / libraries etc within the county. So housing is not dealt with by Hampshire County Council at all.

These are the 13 councils who you need to contact (depending on which area you of Hampshire you are looking for information for):

• Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/basi...

• East Hampshire District Council - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/east...

• Eastleigh Borough Council - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/east...

• Fareham Borough Council - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/fare...

• Gosport Borough Council - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/gosp...

• Hart District Council - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/hart...

• Havant Borough Council - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/hava...

• New Forest District Council - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/new_...

• Portsmouth City Council (unitary) - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/port...

• Rushmoor Borough Council - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/rush...

• Southampton City Council (unitary) - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/sout...

• Test Valley Borough Council - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/test...

• Winchester City Council - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/winc...

So these are the ones you will need to contact.

Hope this helps.
