Redbridge Concern for Mental Health

Dear Redbridge Borough Council,

Please can you supply the meeting minutes, agenda and any reports of the Executive Group between January 2011 and August 2013.

According to the Chief Officer, Adult Social Services, the Executive Group is made up of senior officers from North East London Foundation Trust and Redbridge Council,

Yours faithfully,

Redbridge Concern for Mental Health

FoI (Freedom of Information), Redbridge Borough Council

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.  Unfortunately, you have not provided your full
name, and until we receive this, we will be unable to process your
request.

Albeit that the Act only states that “the” name of the applicant is
required rather than ‘the full’ name of the applicant, the Commissioner
considers it not unreasonable to ask for a full name to be provided. This
is also appropriate given that it could lead to unnecessary confusion /
delay / possible data protection breaches if applicants cannot be
distinguished from one another.

Upon receipt of the detail we have requested, your request will be
processed, and you will receive the information requested within the
statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, subject to the information not being exempt or
containing a reference to a third party.

If appropriate, the information may be provided in paper copy, normal font
size. If you require alternative formats, e.g. language, audio, large
print, etc. then please let me know.

For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions that may
prevent release of the information you have requested. There will be an
assessment and if any of the exemption categories apply then the
information will not be released. You will be informed if this is the
case, including your rights of appeal.

If the information you request contains reference to a third party then
they may be consulted prior to a decision being taken on whether or not to
release the information to you. You will be informed if this is the case.

There may a fee payable for this information. This will be considered and
you will be informed if a fee is payable. In this event the fee must be
paid before the information is processed and released. The 20 working day
time limit for responses is suspended until receipt of the payment.

If you have any queries or concerns then please contact the Information
Officer at London Borough of Redbridge, Town Hall, PO Box 2, High Road,
Ilford, Essex, telephone 0208 708 2331, e-mail [1][Redbridge Borough Council request email]

If the information you request contains reference to a third party then
they may be consulted prior to a decision being taken on whether or not to

Please note that the legislation allows access to information 'held' by
the Council and not for the creation of new information or opinion.
Therefore, we may only be able to supply documents or data that contain
