Dear Sam

Information Request Reference Number: FOI2015-00339

I acknowledge receipt of your request below.

Having reviewed your request I cannot identity the information you are seeking in points A & B. This is because there can be several interpretations of the information sought, e.g. re A - appointment diary - does this refer to an electronic log of appointments made, such as within Microsoft Outlook? And B - telephone log - does this refer to a transcript of calls made/receive? Notes made subsequently to and about, a telephone conversation? Etc? Therefore may I ask that you clarify the actual information sought in these points? To help me meet your request please be as specific as possible as to the information sought.

I am unable to progress your request without this information, so I will close your case until I receive your response. In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the 20 working days I have to respond to your request will commence when I receive your clarification.

Please do not hesitate to contact me on telephone number 01908 782405 or via this email address if I can be of any further assistance.

Regards

Philip

Dear FOI,
Hi thanks for your response, your assumptions on points A and B are correct so for the diary, an extract from MS outlook is fine and transcripts and notes made on calls received.

If the timeframe of my request takes this over the cost limit, please can you, under your duty to help and advise, let me know what would be satisfactory.

Yours sincerely,

Sam Barker
