Request for details of the underlying figures for cabinet approved expenditure December 2018

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Haringey Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Haringey Borough Council,

I see from the published papers of the Cabinet meeting on 11th December 2018 that the Cabinet was considering a programme of capital spending for the period 2019 - 2024. In particular I have been looking at p86 of Appendix 4 of this document in the public reports pack.

I am especially interested in the items labelled

115 Fortismere Secondary School Development 400 10,050 10,050 5,400 10,000 35,900 [i.e. nearly £36m over 5 years]

215 Hornsey Town Hall Supported Living 250 1,750 2,000 [i.e. £2m in 2 years]

These are obviously very high level summary figures. Please can you direct me to the reports underlying these summaries which give details of how the numbers are made up.

Yours faithfully,

Adrian Essex

Haringey Borough Council

Dear Mr Essex,
Your FoI request was acknowledged by the Local Authority on 21 December 2018 but an answer appears not to have been provided.
As an answer appears to be nearly 11 months overdue, you may wish to seek an Internal Review.
In the meantime, I have tonight asked 10 questions about the £35,900,000 Capital Item (for the school), that partly overlaps with your question:

Yours sincerely

Clive Carter
