Dear NCCC National Requests,

Thank you for your email. I apologise that my request was unclear. By the date adopted, I mean the date from which the document (as it currently stands) applies to the Environment Agency's activities. This may be covered by a table within the document that shows its revision history. Without knowing the detail of your procedures, it might also be the date that your Chairman, Chief Executive or Board agrees that it should apply.

Please note these dates are of secondary importance in my request. The primary purpose of my request is to obtain current copies of these two documents.

The following information is not available under the Open Government
Licence but we may be able to license it to you under the Environment
Agency Conditional Licence, attached.
