I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I would like to receive information regarding the university’s policies and procedures.
Specifically, I would like to receive:
1 – A copy of the University of Sheffield’s; (i) code of conduct for academic staff, (ii) code of ethical principles for academic staff, (iii) and/or any other document setting out the expected conduct and ethics for academic staff.
2 – A copy of the University of Sheffield’s summary of employment, policies and procedures for academic staff.
3 – A copy of a sample employment contract for academic staff at the University of Sheffield.
4 – A copy of the University of Sheffield’s declaration of interests policy for academic staff.
5 – A copy of the University of Sheffield’s annual declaration of interests log for academic staff for the following academic years; 2017-18 and 2018-19, broken down by year and member of staff.
I would like to receive this information in MS Word or Excel format.
If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.
