Request for Communications sent to and from J Alston and Sons by South Norfolk Council

We're waiting for Robert Gladwin to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear South Norfolk District Council,

I am writing to officially request a copy of the full communication your council has had with J Alston and Sons over the past 12 months.

J Alston and Sons have recently announced that they are requesting to renegue on an agreement to build a specified number of affordable houses near Wymondham, Norfolk as per this article:

http://www.edp24.co.uk/news/politics/spo...

Your Councillor's response suggests it is the Council's stance to accept this slashing in the number of affordable houses being built.

I wish to review the communications had between your council/councillors and J Alston and Sons to ensure that this matter has been dealt with correctly, professionally, and impartially.

Yours faithfully,
Robert Gladwin

an application for a variation of condition has been received from the
Agent in relation to reducing the number of affordable homes. The

but if, for whatever reason you wish to get back to me, please feel free
to do so. In particular if you are unhappy with the information provided
or how your request was handled please let me know and I will explain how
you can request an internal review of our decision.
