Request for cctv footage on bandstand

We're waiting for James to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Worthing Borough Council,
I am requesting under the freedom of information act of footage including me.
On 07/03/2019 at roughly 1pm-8pm my bike was stolen from the bike stand at The bandstand. I am requesting in regards to any cctv cameras overlooking the area and the footage of them in the given time frame.

Councils on 7th March 2019.  Please be advised the information you have
requested cannot be provided as a freedom of information request as it
relates to personal data. We have therefore logged it in accordance with

Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council do not hold the
provisions for your request and therefore the Council does not hold this

It is noted your request for information relates to CCTV footage on 7th
March 2019 between 1-8pm, however your request was received before the
times you have stated. 
Theft of personal belongings is a police matter and we would suggest you
contact them direct regarding this matter.
Please be advised in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations
(GDPR), you can only receive information that relates to you as an
individual. The CCTV footage you have requested if held, will primarily
contain members of the public and releasing this to you would be a breach
