Dear Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc,

I am writing to request a copy of CCTV footage on your petrol forecourt at Morrisons kirkstall leeds on the Tuesday 8th October 2019. Approximately 1pm.
I was in a car accident and the third party is now not admitting liability. I need this footage for insurance purposes.
