Request • How do you currently handle care planning in your care homes - electronical y or on paper?
• If you you’re using electronic care planning, who is the current supplier, what is the value of the contract and
when wil the contact expire?
• If you use paper for care planning, do you have any plans for public tender within the next
12 months?

Response The council does hold information within the definition of your request.
• How do you currently handle care planning in your care homes - electronical y or on paper?
At the moment we are in the process of introducing electronic care planning into al our residential homes.
There are 19 residential homes (1 DMH). We have 7 homes that are now using electronic successful y with 4
more who should be working live by Christmas. The rest are stil working on paperbased at the moment.

when wil the contact expire?
Current Supplier – Liquidlogic
Value of the Contract - £443,314 (3yr contract)
Expiry of the contract – 31/03/2022
• If you use paper for care planning, do you have any plans for public tender within the next

The answer is no to this as we have developed our own person centred care planning documentation.
• What are the contact details of the procurement officer?
Shaun Smith (Business Systems Manager) is the system lead for the contract.
