Request for back editions of timetables.

The request was successful.

Dear Transport for London,

Dear sir or madam.

Please may i request a copy of the following PDF documents:

• A PDF copy of every back edition of every London Overground timetable going back to the first day of London Overground (11/11/2007).

• A PDF copy of every back edition of every TFL Rail timetable going back to the first day of TFL Rail (31/05/2015).

• A PDF copy of every back edition of every Amersham and Chesham tube guide going back to the first one you produced (i am not entirely sure on the exact date that was).

• A PDF copy of every back edition of every Watford tube guide going back to the first one you produced (i am not entirely sure on the exact date that was).

To clarify i am referring to the PDF documents that are available to download on your website (which are basically PDF copies of the paper timetable booklets that you used to produce). Here are the current ones:

• London Overground timetables: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/london-overgrou...

• TFL Rail timetables: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/tfl-rail/tfl-ra...

• Amersham and Chesham tube guide: https://tfl.gov.uk/tube/timetable/metrop...

• Watford tube guide: https://tfl.gov.uk/tube/timetable/metrop...

Hope this explains it. These PDF documents would be very useful to have.

Many thanks in advance for any help with this.

Yours faithfully,

Adam Brown

Dear Mr Brown

TfL Ref: FOI-2884-1819

Thank you for your email received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28
January 2019.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can
confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:

• A PDF copy of every back edition of every London Overground timetable
going back to the first day of London Overground (11/11/2007).

Please find the attached London Overground timetables. We only hold
timetables going back to May 2016. We do not have any older files on
record.

Until May 2016, the previous London Overground operator LOROL, used to
produce these on behalf of TfL. LOROL no longer exists as a company and
TfL has produced all London Overground timetables since December 2016.

• A PDF copy of every back edition of every TFL Rail timetable going back
to the first day of TFL Rail (31/05/2015).

Please find the timetables attached.

• A PDF copy of every back edition of every Amersham and Chesham tube
guide going back to the first one you produced (i am not entirely sure on
the exact date that was).

Please find attached all the Metropolitan line timetables that we were
able to locate. These go back to 2014.

• A PDF copy of every back edition of every Watford tube guide going back
to the first one you produced (i am not entirely sure on the exact date
that was).

Please find attached all the Metropolitan line timetables that we were
able to locate. These go back to 2014.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable
to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to
appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would
like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.

Yours sincerely
