Request for Asbestos Surveys 1985 to date for Chase High Academy (formerly Cannock Grammar School)

Dear Staffordshire County Council,

Please provide me with all copy documents relating to the identification, presence and removal of asbestos from Chenet Comprehensive / Cannock Chase High School from 1980 to date. To include all Asbestos Surveys, correspondence and internal / external communications relating to asbestos. Including, but not limited to, documents relating to the music "mobile" classroom situated in the school grounds (which was demolished and removed some time after July 1989).

We can confirm we have collated the requested information and are ready to forward this to you, however due to the volume and size of the data we are unable to send this to you via standard email.

If you could contact us at [Staffordshire County Council request email] and supply us with a personal email address we will be able to forward the information to you via SFT (Secure File Transfer) which allows us to send the information to a portal securely for you to download.

Alternatively if you wish to supply us with a postal address we can forward the information as hard copies via post.
