Dear Tusar

Thank you for your email.

It is possible that there are more Traffic Regulation Orders along the A603. Without a more specific location/s along the road and the type of TRO, it is difficult to ascertain exactly what you are asking for.

There are many different types of TROs, for example, speed limits, waiting times, loading/unloading restrictions and weight restrictions.

If you still wish to receive copies of the TROs held by the Council for the A603 and you are able to provide further clarity as advised, then please submit a further Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Kind Regards,

Dear Tusar

All relevant TROs relating to speed limits for the A603, including the intersection of Harlton Road and Eversden Road, have been disclosed in response to your request. Additionally we have searched for details relating to parking or loading restrictions, and weight restrictions, and there are no such relevant details to disclose.

We have completed an internal review of your FOI and therefore you are entitled to take the matter forward with the ICO if you remain dissatisfied; however we would reiterate that we believe we have supplied all relevant information. Your follow-up query specific to "where it intersects with Harlton Road and Eversden Road" was part of the scope of your request that we have answered, so we are unclear as to what information you were expecting to receive that has not been supplied. All TROs regarding speed limits for the A603, including the intersection of Harlton Road and Eversden Road, have been provided and the details relating to exactly where the TROs apply (and the associated speeds restrictions that apply) for the area can be established by consulting the information that we have provided.

If you are actually seeking details about other types of TROs or different section of road not previously covered by your request questions then please clarify this point and we can undertake a new search as a new FOI request.

Yours sincerely
