I am aware that SFRS carried out a joint investigation, with Staffordshire FBU representatives, into Covid safety in the workplace, this was as a consequence of the death of an operational firefighter, in January 2021, as a result of contracting Covid, I would like to request a copy of this report, please.

On this occasion we refuse this request under Section 31(1)(h) and 31(1)(g)(2), while the report has been concluded, the release of the report at this time could affect the ongoing process. The report will be released at an appropriate time.
