I request a copy of the speed data captured by the two vehicle speed
activated signs fitted at the location below in Oct 2019

The data being in machine readable format and covering the time period
from installation to the first download / or removal of the signs
(whichever is first).

This request follows from FOI 1427, for which you could not provide data as the devices were defective.

received the request. The due date has been calculated to be 19/11/2019. 

 

If the information you have requested contains reference to a third party,
then they may be consulted prior to a decision being taken on whether or
not to release the information to you.

 

Very occasionally, fees may be payable for the supply of information under
the Freedom of Information Act.  This will be considered, and if fees are
payable in respect of this request the Council will contact you before
proceeding in order to be sure that you are happy to go ahead.  Any fees
that do apply must be paid before the information is processed and
released.

Closed as is evident that taking this further will just be a waste of both my own and officer time.
The signs have the ability to log the data and it is difficult to understand why this facility was not used.
